Evidently Ivan has decided foster care is a long-term lease. 🙄 He’s officially been with us for ONE. WHOLE. YEAR. At this point, he’s probably wondering if we forgot he’s supposed to get adopted. We did not but the rest of you apparently did. 😂
At about 1.5 years old, Ivan is firmly in his teenage era. He’s smart, social, energetic, playful, occasionally convinced he knows better than you, and absolutely certain that whatever you’re doing requires his involvement. Looking for a couch potato? Keep scrolling. Ivan has places to go, things to sniff and friends to make. He LOVES people, loves other dogs, loves to play, and is always ready for whatever adventure is happening next.
He suffers from a mild but incurable case of FOMO. Going outside? Ivan’s coming. Going for a ride? Obviously Ivan’s coming. Walking into another room for 12 seconds? Weird that you thought you were doing that alone.
Underneath the teenage enthusiasm is an incredibly loving, smart and social boy who just wants a family to call his own — preferably one that will include him in the action and adventures and appreciate his zest for life.
