Free Spirit Parrot Sanctuary Free Spirit Parrot Sanctuary is a safe haven for Parrots in need. Occasionally we have to adopt fellow feathered friends out, based on what is best for bird.

We are a sanctuary where birds can come when they outlive their owners, or circumstances arise.

Volunteer Opportunity: Cage Cleaning at Free Spirit Parrot Sanctuary (Charlotte, NC). We seek dedicated individuals to assist with cage maintenance every Saturday, 2-4 hours. Tasks include cage pan changes, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Additional responsibilities involve monthly pressure washing of cages,and providing socialization and treats for our feathered residents. Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and tolerate loud noise. Refreshments will be provided. To learn more, reach out to us.
