This is a positive Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis 4dx from a dog. Like us, our animals can get sick from tick borne diseases. Signs can consist of fever, limping or joint pain. Some can also cause irreversible kidney damage.

Lyme vaccines are available for dogs, however there are no vaccines for the other tick borne diseases. Monthly preventative is crucial in every season! Ask us about preventatives for dogs AND cats!
