🎉 Please Help Us Give a Warm Welcome to Our Newest Receptionist, Katelyn! 🐾
Okay, we may be a little late with this introduction, because Katelyn has already been part of our team for almost two months! But we couldn’t let any more time go by without officially welcoming her. ❤️
Katelyn brings several years of experience in customer service and animal care, including previous work in a veterinary clinic and with a horse rescue. She’s dependable, adaptable, a great communicator, and has a genuine love for animals, making her a wonderful fit for our front desk team.
Over the past couple of months, Katelyn has already become a valued part of our clinic family, and we’re so happy to have her here.

Sweet Rose recently came to Animal Works to have a few masses removed, and she was such a good girl! ❤️

Lumps and bumps can be common in our pets, but it’s important to have new or changing masses checked by your veterinarian. Early evaluation can help determine whether a mass should be monitored, tested, or removed.

We loved taking care of you, Rose! 🐶💕

A few weeks ago, sweet Zeke came to see us for an FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy). 🐾💙
An FHO is a surgery that can help relieve hip pain caused by injury, hip dysplasia, arthritis, or other joint problems. By removing the painful portion of the hip joint, the surrounding muscles and tissues can support the leg and allow pets to move more comfortably again.
It sounds like a big procedure, but pets can be incredibly resilient, and many return to comfortable, happy activity after recovery and rehabilitation. Look at that handsome boy! 🥰
If your dog or cat is struggling with hip pain, limping, or decreased mobility, an FHO may be an option.

Sophie brings hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, including surgical assistance, patient care, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, and compassionate client communication. Most importantly, she has a genuine passion for helping animals and making every pet feel safe and loved.

Her positive attitude, dedication, and love for our furry friends make her a wonderful addition to our family, and we know our patients (and their people!) are going to adore her.
