rinary needs. We can be contacted Monday to Friday on 5443 7749. Please note if out of hours, our phones will divert to the Triage Nurse and they will assess case and advise you which veterinary clinic is on duty (Monday to Thursday). The weekends are run by Central Vet Emergency who practice from our clinic. Our phones will divert to them too or Triage Nurse if they are busy.

Today we’re putting the spotlight on some of the very important members of the McIvor Road Vet family!

They’re our alarm clocks, walking buddies, food quality control officers, couch hogs and the reason our clothes are never completely free of fur.

Kittens grow up surprisingly quickly, and female cats can become pregnant from around 4 months of age.

With the warmer months approaching, now is a great time to ensure your cat or kitten is desexed.

There’s a party happening in this ear, and these tiny dancers are ear mites!

Ear mites can cause intense itching, head shaking and dark, crumbly discharge inside the ears. Thankfully, this is one party we can help shut down. ✋
