Biggie Paws Rescue

Biggie Paws Rescue Biggie Paws Rescue (BPR), is a foster based 501(c)3 non-profit rescue serving WI and IL. All pets are re-homed based on their specific needs and best interest.

Our animals most often come to our attention through rescues in Texas who we have partnered with to help decrease the homeless pet population and reduce the high euthanasia rates in shelters. We believe by educating the public about the importance of adoption and spay and neuter, we are helping reduce that number and hopefully one day we won’t be needed. All pets will have a home and are “adoptab

le” if we find the right family. All animals are taken to our veterinarian partners for a complete examination, worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering (as breed/age appropriate) and micro-chipped. We provide medical care and a safe, nurturing environment for our animals to enjoy while they await adoption in foster homes. We want our rescued pets to experience love in a real home, getting the love and attention they need while waiting for their new forever families. To ensure these animals are placed into the right loving home, we adhere to a rigorous adoption process. Reference and background checks are performed, adoption interviews are conducted along with virtual home visits. Our overall goal is to ensure the pet is healthy, sterilized, and best match for the potential adopter in an effort to reduce any chance that the pet will be returned. Our organization is 100% funded by donors so that we may provide shelter, medical care, and so much more to the many homeless animals that come our way. We are very thankful for all our fosters, volunteers and donors who contribute their time, money, home and hearts, allowing us to continue our mission of rescuing and rehoming abandoned, neglected and unwanted pets.

🤎 PEANUT 🤎

Peanut is approximately 5 pounds of confidence, chaos, emotional attachment issues, and ears that can probably pick up satellite radio.

Seriously.
This puppy looks like he could hear a snack bag open from three states away.

Peanut came to rescue with his sister Jasper after being pulled from an overcrowded rural Texas shelter — and unlike his slightly more cautious sister, Peanut arrived fully prepared to become everyone’s best friend immediately.

Shy? Absolutely not.

At around 9 weeks old, Peanut is curious, playful, ridiculously affectionate, and completely convinced the world exists for him to explore. Foster mom says he struts around the neighborhood on his little harness adventures like he personally owns every cul-de-sac in Antioch.

And despite being much smaller than Jasper, Peanut does not let size slow him down for one second. He loves chasing toys, playing tug-of-war with his sister, and launching himself into puppy wrestling matches with the confidence of a dog ten times his size. Tiny body. Massive personality. Giant ears.

Peanut and Jasper are being fostered together and sleep side-by-side in their cozy crate setup all night like little professionals. He adores his sister, but he’s definitely the social butterfly of the pair. People, toys, adventures, cuddles — Peanut says yes to all of it.

And the cuddling? Elite level.

This little guy melts directly into your arms like he’s been waiting his whole life to be somebody’s baby. Foster mama admits he’s going to be very hard to let go — and honestly, one look at that face and those ridiculous ears explains why.

🤎 MABLE 🤎

Mable has the kind of face that says,
“I promise I’m listening…”

…while actively planning her next round of chaos with a tennis ball.

This goofy brindle girl was found dumped alongside her sister, but while her sister already hit the jackpot and found a home, Mable is still waiting for someone to realize she’s the total package too. And honestly? Whoever adopts her is getting one heck of a dog.

At around 5 months old and 33 pounds, Mable is all the best parts of puppyhood rolled into one wiggly brindle body — playful, affectionate, goofy, smart, and deeply attached to her people. She wants to be involved in EVERYTHING. Walks? Yes. Toy time? Absolutely. Following you from room to room like a slightly nosy emotional support shadow? Also yes.

Mable loves other dogs and would thrive with a playful canine buddy who can keep up with her energy and wrestling matches, but she’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only princess.

She’s housebroken, crate trained, walks well on leash, and already showing how eager she is to learn and please her humans. While she’s affectionate and loves being close to her people, foster mom says she’s also gaining confidence venturing off to play independently with her dog friends as she settles in.

And the personality? Massive.

Mable is one of those dogs that makes a house feel alive. The kind that turns ordinary moments into something fun just because she’s part of them.

If you’re looking for a puppy with a huge heart, goofy energy, and the ability to become your little sidekick in approximately 24 hours… Mable may be your girl.

🖤 JASPER 🖤

If a tiny bat, a baby deer, and a Frenchie impersonator somehow combined forces… you’d probably end up with Jasper.

Seriously.
Those ears deserve their own zip code.

Jasper came to rescue with her sibling Peanut after being pulled from an overcrowded rural Texas shelter where puppies like them can easily get lost in the chaos. Instead, these two landed safely in foster together — and Jasper is slowly realizing life might actually be pretty good now.

At around 9 weeks old and 7 pounds, Jasper started out a little shy and unsure. But once she settles in? Total sweetheart. She’s now giving kisses, cuddling into her people, and happily passing out on top of you like she’s been there forever.

Jasper and Peanut are being fostered together and are very bonded little buddies. She loves having Peanut nearby and often looks to her sibling for reassurance and confidence. Because of that, Jasper would likely thrive in a home with another playful dog to help continue building her confidence.

She’s doing great learning puppy basics like potty pads and outdoor potty breaks, sleeps in her cozy crate setup with Peanut, and is already showing signs of being a smart little girl. She’s not much of a chewer, enjoys being held, and has one of those soft personalities that quietly sneaks into your heart.

And honestly… the look alone is unreal.

The giant cartoon ears.
The tiny white boots.
The little star on her chest.

This puppy looks like somebody designed her in a Disney movie and accidentally made her real.

🤎 ZEKE 🤎

Zeke looks like somebody took a tiny puppy, added oversized Disney eyes, a sprinkle of freckles, and then programmed him to survive entirely on cuddles and emotional attachment.

This little guy came to rescue with his siblings Domino, Koko, Riley, and Tux — and while they’re all ridiculously cute, Zeke has mastered the art of making humans instantly obsessed with him within approximately 12 seconds.

At around 9 weeks old and only 4 pounds, Zeke is the definition of “tiny but mighty.” He’s affectionate, curious, sweet, and increasingly brave as he starts exploring the world around him. Foster mom says he loves basically everyone and everything — dogs, cats, people — and honestly acts like life is one big friendship opportunity.

But make no mistake: his favorite thing on earth is still YOU.

Zeke is a professional-grade cuddler who would happily spend his entire career burrowed into your hoodie, curled up on your chest, or being carried around like the tiny prince he believes he is. Personal space? Never heard of it.

He’s still very much a baby and working through puppy basics like potty training, crate time, and leash walking. Currently, collars and leashes are deeply offensive to him and tend to result in him freezing dramatically in protest. The crate is acceptable only after some negotiation and a brief complaint session. Once he realizes nobody is opening the door, he settles in just fine.

He’s smart, eager to learn, and already responds when told “no” — usually by staring directly into your soul with those giant eyes until you question whether you’re actually the problem.

Honestly, Zeke feels like the puppy people say they’re “just going to meet” and then accidentally rearrange their entire life around.

✨ Approx. 9 weeks old
⚖️ Approx. 4 lbs
🐾 Possible terrier/chihuahua mix

🤍 RILEY 🤍

Riley looks like she belongs in a fancy little storybook… but don’t let the innocent face fool you. There is absolutely a tiny bit of chaos behind those eyes.

This 4-pound scruffy princess came to rescue with her siblings Domino, Koko, Tux, and Zeke — and Riley has mastered the balance of being both unbelievably sweet and just mischievous enough to keep life interesting.

One minute she’s curled up in your arms being babied like the tiny little cuddle bug she is. The next? She’s off investigating something she probably shouldn’t be touching with the confidence of a dog ten times her size.

At around 9 weeks old, Riley is incredibly affectionate and LOVES people. Foster mom says she warms up to strangers almost instantly and acts like everyone she meets is a long-lost best friend. Kids? Obsessed. Other dogs? Loves them. Being talked to like a tiny baby? Also yes.

Riley is making excellent progress with potty training and is already proving she’s a smart little pup. She actually loves hanging out in her crate voluntarily… as long as the door remains open and nobody ruins the vibe. Once the door closes she gets a little dramatic about it, but with patience and routine she’s going to do just fine.

Her favorite place to sleep is snuggled up in bed with her humans, ideally wrapped in blankets like the tiny royalty she believes she is.

Honestly, Riley feels like the puppy that’s going to have people saying:
“We were NOT planning on getting a dog today…”

…and then leaving with Riley anyway.

🖤 TUX 🖤

Tux looks like the kind of puppy that would accidentally get away with crimes just by staring at the jury for 3 seconds.

Those eyes? Problematic.
That tiny little face? Absolutely weaponized.

At just 4 pounds, Tux is tiny enough to fit in your lap and confident enough to believe that is exactly where he belongs at all times. This little guy came to rescue with his siblings Domino, Koko, Riley, and Zeke — and he has quickly perfected the art of making humans emotionally weak.

Tux is playful, affectionate, goofy, and fully committed to being wherever his people are. If you sit down, he’s climbing into your lap. If you lay down, he’s curling up beside you. If you have kids running around playing chase? Even better. He thinks that’s the greatest invention of all time.

And when the zoomies hit? Prepare yourself for the tiny puppy hops. Foster mom reports they are outrageously cute and honestly sound medically unfair.

Tux is doing great with regular potty breaks and already learning “come” and “sit.” Crates are currently not his favorite thing on earth, and he will absolutely file a formal complaint about them at first, but he settles down after a little protest and will continue learning with patience and positive reinforcement.

His ideal setup? Curled up in bed with his humans, sleeping peacefully through the night like he pays the mortgage.

Tux would do great with kids, loves people deeply, and has done well with other dogs. He has not yet met cats.

Some puppies are cute.
Tux is the kind of cute that makes people start making irrational decisions immediately.

🤎 KOKO 🤎

Koko is the kind of puppy that walks into a room like she already owns it… despite weighing about as much as a burrito.

This tiny explorer came to rescue with her siblings — Domino, Tux, Riley, and Zeke — and while her brother Domino is the quieter observer of the duo, Koko is absolutely the “let’s see what happens if I climb this” sibling. Bold. Curious. Nosey in the cutest possible way.

At around 9 weeks old and 5.5 pounds, Koko is equal parts cuddle bug and tiny chaos coordinator. She loves attention, loves exploring, and fully believes every lap belongs to her. She’s the puppy version of that friend who says “I’ll be right back” and somehow returns with a story.

Koko is currently being fostered with her brother Domino, and the two sleep together in their crate at night like the world’s tiniest roommate situation. She’s doing great with crate training, working on potty training, and already learning “come.” Smart girl energy.

Because she’s still so little, Koko would do best with older kiddos who understand how fragile tiny puppies can be. She’s wonderful with other dogs and has not yet been cat tested.

Koko has that perfect mix people always say they want — affectionate without being clingy, playful without being overwhelming, and confident enough to bounce into new situations like she’s been there before.

Basically: if your house feels too calm right now, Koko would love to fix that for you.

🖤 DOMINO 🖤

Some puppies kick the door down.
Domino quietly walks in, climbs into your lap, and somehow becomes the entire event anyway.

This tiny little guy came to rescue with his siblings — Koko, Tux, Riley, and Zeke — and while the others may be busy causing full puppy mayhem, Domino is more of the soft-spoken charmer of the group.

At just 9 weeks old and barely pushing 5 pounds, Domino looks like somebody crossed a scruffy terrier puppy with an old soul. He’s curious, gentle, affectionate, and happiest when he’s curled up next to his people soaking up attention like he’s known you forever.

He’s currently being fostered with his sister Koko, who is definitely the bold one of the pair. Domino hangs back a little more at first, quietly observing everything before deciding you’re safe enough to snuggle. And once you’re in? You’re in.

He’s doing great with crate training and sleeps in his crate with Koko at night. He’s also working hard on potty training and learning “come” like the smart little guy he is.

Because he’s still so tiny, Domino would do best with older kiddos who understand he’s not a stuffed animal, even if he looks suspiciously like one. He’s wonderful with other dogs and has not yet been cat tested.

Honestly? Domino feels like the puppy people fight over at adoption events without realizing they’re doing it. Quietly sweet. Ridiculously cute. Easy to love.

Huge thank you to Harbor Brewing Co. for hosting us again this year and giving us the space to do what we do best — show up for the dogs.

Because of this event… we raised $5,000.

Let that sink in for a second.
That’s medical care.
That’s transports.
That’s dogs getting a second chance instead of being left behind.

To everyone who came out, donated, showed up, shared, or supported in any way — this only worked because of you. Seriously.

We set a goal… and we hit it. ✔️

That doesn’t happen without a community that actually cares and shows up when it matters.

We’re grateful. We’re proud. And honestly? We’re already looking forward to doing it even bigger next year.

Until then — we’ll keep doing the work. 🐾
