Have you ever wondered what happens when your pet has surgery here at HPH?
We take every precaution when putting your pet under anesthesia. A trained assistant is monitoring your pet at all times while the doctor performs the procedure. Every patient receives an IV catheter so we can administer medications and fluids during surgery. We also use pulse oximetry, EKG, and blood pressure to monitor all patients. We do everything possible to keep your pet safe and comfortable while they are under anesthesia and in recovery.
