Our facility is open 24 hours a day to provide emergency, critical and preventative care. Our services include an on site laboratory, radiology, fluid therapy including blood transfusions, dentals, elective and emergency surgery and 24 hour critical care monitoring. We are also available for doggie day care, feline and canine boarding, luxury boarding and grooming. Working hard or hardly working? 🐾 Daycare was fully booked, so Sophie stepped up to handle receptionist duties for the day. Her phone etiquette needs work, but her cuteness rating is 10/10.

When your mom is a veterinary technician, you get the VIP treatment during resort stays! 🐾

Handsome Dexter made himself right at home with us at Veterinary Medical & Emergency Center while his mom enjoyed a well-deserved vacation. Between high-speed yard sprints and keeping a watchful eye on the fence line to scan for her return, he was the absolute star of our boarding crew.

We loved having this sweet boy hang out with his VMEC family! ❤️✨

Double the sweetness! 🐾 We had the absolute pleasure of helping Momma Pepsi deliver her gorgeous litter right here at VMEC, and now these little heart-stealers are back for their official puppy exams! From tiny newborn snuggles to big, happy smiles, watching this bunch grow has been pure joy. Everyone passed with flying colors! 🩺🐶❤️

🐾 STAFF PET SUNDAY: MEET KAREN'S BONDED PAIR! 🐾

Our Staff Pet Sunday series continues! Today, we are catching up with one of our incredible ER Technicians, Karen! When she isn't saving lives and providing critical care at Veterinary Medical & Emergency Center, she is home hanging out with her sweet bonded duo!

Fun fact: They were adopted together as a bonded pair and named after the iconic brother-sister duo from Demon Slayer! 🗡️✨

Let’s get to know her awesome pups:

🐶 Tanjiro (aka Tanji) — 6 Year Old ABPT Mix
Personality: A giant, lovable big baby! 🥹

Favorite Things: He loves going on walks, stealing blankets, hogging the whole couch, and playing fetch (though very awkwardly!). 🛋️⚽

Quirks & Rivalries: He is very vocal and loves to talk back when it’s time for food, outdoor playtime, or cuddles. Plus, he holds a very serious personal vendetta against Sudoku books! 🧩🗣️

🐶 Nezuko (aka Nezu) — 7 Year Old ABPT x Chihuahua Mix
Personality: A total sweetheart who is always on the hunt for belly rubs! 💗

Funny Quirks: Nezu licks literally everything (the floor, the air, the furniture!) and grabs the nearest object to present as a gift whenever she gets excited! 🎁

Special Household Role: She is the official designated ear cleaner in the house, diligently cleaning her brother’s ears right along with their 3 cat siblings! 🧼🐈
