🚨 LAST-MINUTE OPENING! 🚨

A spot has just opened up in our Wednesday evening House Dog Obedience (HDO) class starting TOMORROW, June 10th at 6:15 PM!

House Dog Obedience is perfect for dogs who need help with everyday manners and life skills. We'll work on behaviors like sit, down, stay, coming when called, polite greetings, leash walking, focus around distractions, and more. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to build a stronger foundation with your dog, this class is designed to help you create a well-mannered companion at home and out in the community.

Please note that dogs attending group classes should be able to work in the presence of other dogs and people without displaying extreme reactivity or aggression. If you're unsure whether a group class is the best fit for your dog, reach out and we'd be happy to help guide you toward the right training option.

These classes tend to fill quickly, so don't wait if you've been thinking about joining us!

🚐🐾 Week 2 of our Nose Work Element: Vehicles class brought a fun new challenge for our teams!

A huge thank you to Mobile Detailing for allowing us to use your camper RV as part of our training exercises. Larger vehicles create unique scenting conditions and give teams valuable experience working around a variety of vehicle types they may encounter in training or competition.

Our dogs and handlers did an excellent job working through the searches, trusting their training, and demonstrating great teamwork throughout the evening. Every new vehicle presents a different puzzle, and these teams rose to the challenge!

We're looking forward to seeing their skills continue to develop throughout the rest of the session.

Cooper has worked hard over the past several weeks learning the fundamentals of obedience and developing skills that help create a well-mannered family companion. From practicing focus and engagement to working on leash walking, stays, and recalls, Cooper has made wonderful progress.

A big congratulations to Cooper and his family for their dedication and commitment to training. We look forward to seeing this team continue their journey in House Dog Obedience Level 2!

What an amazing time at yesterday’s Open House! 🐾

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day such a success. From our Try It! stations featuring Nose Work, Agility, and Happy Ratters, to the vendors, demos, shopping, food, and fun—there was something for everyone, and your dogs looked like they had an absolute blast!

We’re also excited to share that together we raised over $800 to help sponsor and subsidize training costs for dogs in need. Thank you for supporting this important initiative and helping more dogs and their families access training.

A special thank you to all of our incredible vendors for joining us. Whether you stopped by for dog goodies, professional photos, shopping, or information about local pet services, we appreciate you being part of our community event.

We took many photos and videos throughout the day, so keep an eye on our page—there’s much more to come!

🎓 Congratulations to Boo on graduating House Dog Obedience Level 1! 🎓

Boo has been busy learning the building blocks of good manners and teamwork. Throughout class, this team worked on engagement, leash skills, stationary positions, recalls, and everyday behaviors that help dogs succeed both at home and out in the community.

We're so proud of the progress Boo and her family have made and can't wait to see them continue building on these foundations in future classes.

🐾 K9 Nose Work Level 3: Foundational Skill Building 🐾

Utilizing the common odors used in Scent Work sports teams will build and strengthen core scent work skills through structured search challenges, handler coaching, and increasing environmental complexity. Focus will be on problem-solving, observation skills, and teamwork. Leash handling skills as well as beginning to fade odor pairing will be covered in this class.

🎓 Congratulations to King on graduating House Dog Obedience Level 1! 🎓

King has spent the last several weeks building important foundation skills including attention around distractions, leash walking, stays, recalls, polite greetings, and more. Every class is an opportunity to strengthen communication between dog and handler, and King made great progress along the way.

We're proud of all the hard work King and his family have put into training and look forward to seeing what they accomplish next as they continue their obedience journey.

🎓 Congratulations to Finnegan on graduating Puppy Pre-K! 🎓

Finnegan has been hard at work building the foundations for a lifetime of learning. Throughout Puppy Pre-K, he practiced important skills like engagement, handling, socialization, confidence building, and basic manners while learning how to navigate the world with his family.

Every puppy develops at their own pace, and Finnegan made great progress as he explored new experiences, met new friends, and strengthened his training skills each week.

We're proud of all the work Finnegan and his family have put in, and we're excited to see what comes next in his training journey!

Think your dog can only find odor hidden in containers and on objects? Think again! 👃🐾

During this week's Nose Work Drop-In, teams tackled some unconventional hides hidden inside landscaping rocks. These creative hide placements challenged both dogs and handlers to trust the dog's nose, work through scent movement, and carefully observe changes in behavior.

One of the best parts of Nose Work is that every search presents a new puzzle. The more varied the environments and hide placements, the stronger and more confident our teams become.
