😻 Work can wait. Paul cannot. 😂❤️

Our sweet old clinic cat has a very important daily routine: finding a staff member willing to give him some love, cuddles, and scratches.
Thankfully, our team is always happy to volunteer! 🐾

Paul, you are one spoiled old man — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️🐱

🐾 Four sweet kittens are looking for their forever homes! 🐾

🐯 Tony (white & gold) – He's a sweet boy who loves cuddles, other cats, and treats!
🍪 Cookie (Calico) – Beautiful girl who loves snuggles, playtime, and treats, but also enjoys her independence.
🤍 🖤Wendy (Black & white) – A loving little girl who comes when called, loves attention and snuggles, and has a fascination with playing in water!
🖤 Greta (Black) – Small but mighty! She’s confident, outgoing, cuddly, and isn’t afraid to meet anyone!

All are 6 months old, vaccinated, and Tony has been neutered. These four are somewhat bonded, so adopting them in pairs (2 & 2) is preferred. They would do best with another kitten/sibling and lots of love, attention, and playtime. 🐱🐱

Interested in giving one (or two! 😻) a forever home? Contact us and we would be happy to connect you with the foster mom, Katie. All adopters will be vetted to ensure the perfect fit. 🏠 Indoor homes only, please. Katie states: "It’s hard to say goodbye to these special kittens, but we know their forever families are out there!" 💕🐾

Did you know your cat’s tongue is a built-in multitool? 😸👅

Those tiny, backward-facing barbs help your cat eat, drink, taste, and groom. When grooming, they work like a comb—removing loose hair and debris while spreading saliva and natural oils through the coat. Grooming also helps with circulation and temperature regulation.

And yes, cats have taste buds! They can detect salty, bitter, and sour flavors. But when it comes to sweetness, it's unclear whether cats can actually taste sweet flavors.

👀 Your cat’s tongue can also give you clues about their health. A healthy tongue is typically pink and moist. If you notice discoloration, white patches, swelling, sores, excessive drooling, or other unusual changes, give us a call. 📞☎️

That little tongue does a BIG job! 🐾❤️
