We have gone to great lengths to build this program based on disposition, conformation, hunting ability and soundness.

These versitile hunting dogs will perform in the field and water but at the end of the day will be your best friend in the house.

These two are a perfect pair! They even look and act alike, Don Akins and Dakota Sky's Rockee Top are celebrating their perfect Prize 1 112 Natural Ability test at last weekends Central Dakota NAHVDA test.Big plans for next year as they move on to GDT and the Utility test as well as NASTRA firld trials. Thanks for being part of our growing Dakota Sky Family.

Big shout out to Ryan and Lindsey Slavin running Dakota Sky's Pete at the MN Northwoods Navhda Test with a GDT Prize 3 at only 14 months of age! Ryan handled Pete in the field while Lindsey did double duty cheering on Pete and acting as field marshall for the event. Thanks for being a part of the Dakota Sky Pudelpointers family.

This little dude is 9 weeks old. Happy, healthy and ready to complete your hunting family!
Sire: call name Rook. NA 112 Prize l , UT Prize l. Rook has never had a bad day. He is a pleaser and hunts the same. Strong in the field and an absolute sweetheart when he is not.
Mom: call name Sprout. NA 112 Prize l. Snappy girl that will cover some ground and is more than happy to be in the house chilling.
Both hip and elbow tested.

Was a great day for the Dakots Sky boys at the inaugural Rapid NAHVDA Utility Test with Henry Kallis and Dakota Sky's Gulch scoring an impressive perfect UT Prize 1 204 at only 17 months of age and Glen Koffler and Kixx bringing home a UT Prize 3.

HAPPY 4TH EVERYONE! So lucky to live in a country where we can chase our dreams. There is not really a day off in our world, but today still feels good. Thank you Jack, for sharing this picture of Jaeger. He represents us well!

We like to tell you how proud we are of these dogs. This was Tru last weekend earning her perfect 112 Prize 1 NA. But today we want to give a big shout out to the guy on the lead. Our son Kooper came on board at Dakota Sky in May of 2025. We knew he would be fantastic helping maintain the kennel and the dogs. What we didn't know was the passion he would find for hunting and training. He has grown beyond our expectations. Thank you Kooper, we and the dogs love and appreciate you more than you know!

Pretty proud of this crew! Kooper and Tru finished Natural Ability with a perfect 112 Prize 1. Glen and Kixx prized in the GDT Test and look forward to finishing up Utility testing this summer. These guys work hard and it shows!

Meet Lovec (Slovakian for hunter), he is a 10 week old Slovakian that we decided to keep and start. He is from our first cross between Sloan and Stoney. We want to see first hand what this litter can do! Stay tuned for his progress. Stage 1.....becoming a good citizen in the house. And LOTS of love!
