Due to some medical issues, Miles’ owners wanted to do a short(ish) haircut to make him more comfortable. Sometimes there are more than necessary reasons to take a clipper to a double-coated breed and this was one of those times.
My goal was to find a happy medium of making sure it’d be a good enough length for Miles without completely sending his owners into shock at pickup 😂 because (like myself with my own dogs) there was some attachment to his long and luscious locks.
He looks even better than I expected and so much younger. Miles is the best boy. 🥹
