Effective August 3, 2026

To ensure our surgery patients receive the timely attention and care they need, 7:30–8:00 AM is reserved exclusively for scheduled surgery and hospital drop-off appointments.

Walk-in patients will begin checking in promptly at 8:00 AM. We kindly ask that walk-in clients either call us from their vehicle or come inside to check in at 8:00 AM.

To keep our morning workflow safe and efficient for our surgical patients, walk-in check-ins cannot be accepted before 8:00 AM. This allows our medical team to focus on admitting surgery patients, preparing them for their procedures, and providing them with the highest standard of care.

We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding. By respecting this policy, you’re helping us ensure every pet receives the attention and care they deserve.

📢 Important Update Regarding Pricing 📢

At Animal Clinic of North Clarksville, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while continuing to offer the best products and services for your pets. As the cost of medications, supplies, and veterinary services continues to rise, we have made the difficult decision to adjust some of our pricing.

Effective June 26, 2026:
🐾 The prices of our heartworm, flea, and tick prevention products have been updated to match the pricing available through our online pharmacy. This allows you to receive the same competitive pricing whether you purchase your pet's preventatives in the clinic or order them online.

💻 Ordering through our online pharmacy is quick and convenient! You can place your order anytime from the comfort of your home, and your pet's medications can be shipped directly to your doorstep. Plus, you can enjoy the confidence of knowing you're receiving manufacturer-guaranteed products approved by our veterinary team.

Effective July 1, 2026:
🩺 Our exam fees will increase. This adjustment helps us continue to provide exceptional medical care, invest in our dedicated team, and ensure we can continue offering the level of service you and your pets deserve.

We understand that price changes are never easy, and these decisions are not made lightly. Our goal is to remain transparent with our clients while continuing to provide the highest standard of veterinary care for every patient who walks through our doors.
