Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic is looking to add another doctor to our team!
🐾 About Us
Welcome to a veterinary clinic where collaboration comes naturally, humor is part of the daily rhythm, and the environment feels both uplifting and grounded. We’re a high functioning, caffeine fueled group of strong personalities who speak candidly, support each other wholeheartedly, and occasionally forget that “inside voice” is a thing. We’re not delicate, we’re not corporate, and we’re certainly not the spa like workplace you see in recruiting videos. We tackle the less glamorous parts of veterinary medicine, entertain the occasional tangent that absolutely didn’t need to happen, and still deliver exceptional care like it’s no big deal.
New hires tend to follow a predictable adaptation cycle:
1. Shock – “Did she really just say that out loud.”
2. Observation – “Why is everyone laughing instead of being offended.”
3. Assimilation – “Okay… this is actually kind of amazing.”
4. Bonding – “I’m ride-or-die for this group.”
Once you settle into our humor, honesty, and the occasional off key singing, it’s easy to see why people stay. If you’re looking for a place that pairs high quality medicine with genuine camaraderie — where support is real and the team brings both skill and spirit — you’ll fit right in.
