We’re looking for a Veterinary Medical Coordinator – Imaging & Patient Care to join us in Waukesha, WI.

This unique role combines patient care, case coordination, client communication, scheduling, and hands-on clinical support. You’ll help guide each case from referral through discharge while working closely with our medical team, clients, and referring veterinary practices.

At The COVE, we know that an ultrasound appointment can be a new experience for many pets. Whenever appropriate, owners are welcome to stay with their companions during the exam, helping provide reassurance while our team focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Happy 1-Year Anniversary to Andree Dawkins, LVT! 🎉

Over the past year, Andree has helped make The COVE Michigan a welcoming and organized experience for both pet owners and veterinary teams. As our Lead Veterinary Technician and Scheduling Coordinator, she plays a key role in guiding clients through the imaging process and keeping appointments running smoothly.

We had the opportunity to scan sweet Scout after Sip & Purr Cat Cafe wanted to double check everything and make sure he was all set before heading to his forever home. 💜

Scout was one of the cats rescued from the streets of Beirut and brought to safety in the U.S. earlier this year. After spending so long waiting for his chance, he finally made the journey, and we’re so glad he did.

Following his rescue, Scout underwent surgery that left behind some scar tissue, giving him his now well-known snorty sound. To be absolutely sure nothing more was going on, their team went the extra mile with multiple vet visits and a CT scan with us.

Thankfully, imaging showed no underlying concerns, just a unique little quirk that makes Scout who he is.

We truly admire the work Sip & Purr does to give cats like Scout a second chance, and we’re grateful to have been part of his story. Wishing him a happy, cozy life in his new home. 🐾
