Meet our special girl, Trixie ✨
The dog you meet won’t be the dog you have in a few weeks.

What to expect:
✨ First week: decompression, routine, slow intros, and moving at her pace
✨ Shy, reserved, and hesitant at first
✨ Her personality really starts to shine after that initial period
✨ Silly, goofy, playful, and loving once she knows you and your routine

She would thrive with:
✨ Patient human(s)
✨ Continued leadership, consistency, routine
✨ Another confident dog (she loves her dog friends 🐾)
✨ A home with older kids who understand boundaries and “going slow”

About her:
✨ Professionally trained
✨ Walks incredibly on a leash
✨ Crate trained
✨ Looks to her person for reassurance and guidance → needs someone willing to provide that

What’s included:
✨ Wrap-around support from her trainer
✨ An introductory session to help set everyone up for success
✨ Every family who has adopted one of our Trinity dogs has absolutely gushed about them-true gems, full of love, and worth every bit of patience it took to win them over.

Oh, Sweet Sam.
Sam came to Wisconsin for his second chance - a Tennessee native. He has been through so much and yet radiates so much joy.

He’s social and enjoys other animals, especially a playful dog companion. He’s also very interested in cats and could do well with a dog-savvy, playful feline who can handle his rough-and-tumble style.

🎾 About 1 year old, neutered male
🎾Mixed breed - working dog
🎾 Thrives in active, engaged homes
🎾 Loves people and structured play
🎾 Dog-friendly (especially playful companions. He would need a dog friend that can match his zest and pep)
🎾 Cat potential with the right match
🎾 Prefers to be near his people (and yes… he snores 😌)

Sam will benefit from someone with an active lifestyle, who understands that Sam will not only benefit from a good amount of physical outlet, but mental stimulation. He is a VERY smart boy. Given the right structure, routine, and meeting his needs, Sam will THRIVE. He just needs someone who can see his potential, help guide his energy, and give him a REAL chance.

Sam isn’t too much.
He is just right for the right person.

If you feel like you could be Sam’s person, please reach out to Fox Valley Humane Association directly:

We’re so grateful to be part of something like this.
A huge thank you to TnT Tap and T&O Lanes for hosting today’s Bowling Sweeper Benefit, and to the incredible organizers - Diane, Sally, and Char-for putting this event together.
We know so much work goes into this.

Today’s proceeds support the Angel Fund, a program created to help families and their beloved animals in times of emergency-when care is needed, but finances are a barrier. This fund exists to make sure that pets don’t go without the care they need simply because of circumstance, and to support the people who love them.

WilsonHaus be there from 1–3 PM, and we’re also excited that Wicks Fur Change will be joining with their candles that benefit the Oshkosh Area Humane Society. This is an incredible full circle moment for us to see our candle alumni working alongside us today to help animals in need.

If you’re looking for a way to support your community, spend some time with good people, and be part of something meaningful-we hope to see you there. 🧡

What happens when you lose your person?

Meet Libby and Murphy
A bonded pair who had a home, a person, and a life they knew.
They were deeply loved. Their owner was their world, and they were his. But after he passed away unexpectedly, everything changed.
Now they’re at Fox Valley Humane Association, waiting.
Their family is heartbroken and still comes to visit… but they’re not in a position to take them in. So our hope is that someone out there can give them the soft landing they deserve, together.
After spending time with them, we can tell you this: they are gentle, calm, and incredibly sweet. The kind of dogs who just want to be near you.

They’ve already lost everything once.
We don’t want them to lose each other too.

Things to consider when adopting this bonded pair:
🧡 Libby is a ~125 lb Great Dane/Mastiff mix
🧡 Big dogs = lots of food
🧡 Libby is currently on a medication called Apoquel for allergies (likely ongoing)
🧡 Murphy is almost 11 years old and will benefit from joint supplements
🧡 Both are large and older, so a home with older kids is preferred
🧡 Murphy recently had a lesion removed (healing well)
🧡 Libby was recently spayed

🧡 Murphy is almost 11 and Libby is 5 (given her breed and size, her age is considered approaching her golden years alongside Murphy)

They just need a home that will love them through their next chapter… and let them stay side by side.

If you feel called to give Libby & Murphy that home, please reach out directly:

And if you’re not in a position to adopt, sharing this post could be what gets them in front of the right person.

Let’s help them find their way home.

Marcus was found on a known dumping ground in Texas-just sitting there, quietly watching. He didn’t run. He didn’t react. He just looked… like he was used to being passed by.
What we’ve learned since then is heartbreaking.

Marcus was more than likely hit by a car and left. X-rays also showed multiple pellet gun bullets in his body. And on top of that, he’s heartworm positive.

The Plan
Right now, The Gifted Equine is getting him through the hardest part-handling diagnostics, coordinating with surgeons, and beginning his recovery.
Because of his heartworm diagnosis and the surgery he needs, Marcus can’t be transported yet. Once he’s gone through treatment and is cleared by a veterinary team, he’ll come to us at WilsonHaus Rescue in Wisconsin, where we’ll continue his care and find him the home he’s always deserved. One that will never leave him behind again.

The Gifted Equine has already begun fundraising for his initial care an extensive diagnostics and veterinary appointments/consults he has had.

WilsonHaus is stepping in to help cover the next phase:
Heartworm treatment ($1,500), orthopedic surgery & neuter (1,700-2,000) and continued care.
We’re raising $3,500 to make sure we can fully support Marcus through this entire process, without cutting corners.

This will likely be a 3–4 month journey. But it’s the one that gives him a real chance.

One of the most special parts of what we do at WilsonHaus Rescue… is the people who step up to support the mission.

A generous member of our community organized a fundraiser to benefit our rescue, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and heart behind it.

Sarah and Morgan from WilsonHaus be there with a table from 2–4 PM, so if you’re local, come by, say hi, and be part of supporting the pups!

There will be raffles, baskets, and plenty of ways to get involved-and every bit of it helps us continue the work these dogs deserve.

📍 Hosted by Lake Park Pub & Grill in Menasha
🕑 Saturday, April 11th starting at 2 PM

Grateful for a community that shows up for the dogs!

Calling all APPLETON, WI NEIGHBORS!

What if you could foster a dog… without having to change your entire schedule?
At WilsonHaus Rescue, we know one of the biggest reasons people don’t foster isn’t a lack of heart-it’s the reality of a full-time work schedule.

So we built something different.
Introducing our Hybrid Foster Program- a shared-care model designed to make fostering more accessible, sustainable, and realistic for everyday life.

Here’s how it works:
🐾 You foster during evenings + weekends
🐾 We provide structured daytime care at our facility
🐾 Together, we give a dog the consistency, safety, and love
they need to decompress and grow

We have 5 days left to sell through our coffee inventory.

And if we do… it means three really important things for the animals we serve.

My name is Morgan, and I started WilsonHaus Coffee to help fund our dog rescue. The reality is rescue work is incredible — but it’s also incredibly expensive. Donations alone rarely cover what it actually takes to save animals.

So we built a community around something simple most of us already do every day:

Drink coffee.

When you switch your coffee to WilsonHaus Coffee, you’re not just fueling your morning -you’re helping fund rescue work.

If we can sell through our inventory in the next 5 days, we’ll be able to:

⚡ Pull dogs from a shelter who are waiting for someone to choose them
⚡ Give every dog there a pup cup -a small moment of joy in a stressful place
⚡ Fund 20 spay & neuter surgeries in a high-need area of Texas

And prevention is powerful.

Over a 10-year period, just 20 altered dogs can prevent over 100,000 animals from being born into suffering through the cycle of uncontrolled breeding.

That’s what this community makes possible.

If you drink coffee and love dogs, this is one of the easiest ways to help.
