K&R Small Animal Sanctuary K&R Small Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit small critter rescue located in the Fox Valley of WI. At this time we do not accept ferrets.

K&R Started in 2009 with the rescue of one small guinea pig and grew into an organization with dozens of foster homes that has helped save the lives of around 1000 animals in the first 6 years! We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. We currently accept rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, hedgehogs, degus, tortoises, chinchillas, degus, sugar gliders and some re

ptiles. We are looking for foster families that will assist with rats and mice. All of our animals are kept in foster homes, and all rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the adoption application on our website and we will set up a time for you to meet any of the animals you are interested in! K&R does NOT have a facility open to the public as all adoptables are kept in one of our 15-20 foster families in Wisconsin. Samoyed (white bunny on right) is back in his foster home and resting comfortably after his surgery today to remove a growth in a sensitive area. This sweet boy just can’t seem to catch a break!

We hope that this was the last obstacle between him and finally landing that forever home he’s been so wishing for! Sam and his lady English Setter have been in foster care for 8 months already! That is much much longer than any senior bunnies should have to wait. Can you give them a forever family?!

They are spayed and neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for rhdv2, use their litterboxes and have lived with respectful kids and other pets.
