After an incredible day Saturday at our 3rd Annual Henry & Friends Memorial Fundraiser, we truly cannot be more thankful for all of the love, support, and community we have around us and the work we do here at Heart With Wings.

Today, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to the incredible sponsors and vendors who helped make this year’s fundraiser so special — and even better than last year! ❤️

Our September Animal Loss & Grief Support Group is almost here.

Whether your loss is recent or happened some time ago, grief doesn't follow a calendar. Sometimes we need a place where we can speak about the animal we love, the memories we carry, and the feelings that can be difficult to explain.

This month, we’re gathering around the theme:

From 12–3 PM, we’ll be opening our doors to our incredible community to honour Henry and all of the beloved pets who have touched our lives, while raising funds to support the work we do for families and their pets. 🐶🐱❤️

The countdown to our Henry & Friends Memorial Fundraiser is officially ON! ❤️
This Saturday, September 26th from 12–3 PM, we’ll be gathering to celebrate, remember, and honour the incredible animals who have touched our lives — and we can’t wait to share the afternoon with all of you!

Today, we’re kicking off our 5-day countdown with these 5 amazing ladies! 👩🏻‍⚕️🐾

Not only do they represent 5 more days until the fundraiser, but they also represent the 5 incredible women behind the scenes at Heart with Wings who so many of our families know and connect with. ❤️

They’re the friendly voices you hear on the phone, the names you see in your emails and texts, the people helping coordinate reservations and appointments, preparing our space for families arriving, keeping everything organized, and making sure our centre is clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome you.

There are so many little things that happen behind the scenes to make Heart with Wings feel like home — and these ladies are a huge part of that. 🪽❤️
