Charley’s Kitty Rescue at The Dancing Goat Dairy Farm

In a world of big rescues, our small Kitty Rescue Cottage cradles pregnant mamas & fragile kittens with vet care, love, & hope. Charley’s Kitty Rescue is a heartfelt haven dedicated to feline welfare, founded on the cherished memory of Charley Lunn, the beloved daughter of farm owner Pam Lunn. Charley, with her boundless spirit and love for animals, often sneaked away to spend time with the farm’s cats, forging unbreakable bonds that inspired this cat rescue after her passing. Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, nurturing environment for pregnant mama cats to deliver and raise their kittens. We offer shelter, veterinary care, and loving support to ensure every litter has the best start in life, reducing the risks faced by stray and feral felines. Through adoption programs, spay/neuter initiatives, we honor Charley’s legacy by giving these precious cats a chance at forever homes. We pour our hearts into providing medical care, socialization, and endless cuddles to prepare our cats for their forever homes. Whether you’re ready to adopt a purring pal, or support us through donations or volunteering, we’d love for you to become part of our story! Follow along for heartwarming rescue tales, glimpses of our kitties romping around the Kitty Rescue Cottage, and updates on adoptable cats who can’t wait to steal your heart.

Meet Savannah 😻

Savannah’s story began in an unlikely place—an Aldi parking lot. Pam, owner of The Dancing Goat Farm and Charley’s Kitty Rescue, spotted this beautiful fluffy girl, returned with a trap, and brought her to safety.

Savannah is about 6 months old and is a fluffy tabby with part-Maine-Coon features. She was very shy and frightened by loud noises, so one of our wonderful volunteers welcomed her into a quieter foster home.

With patience and gentle one-on-one attention, Savannah has blossomed. She now loves napping beside her foster mom and playing with the other cats. She is still shy and needs a patient, peaceful home that will let her build trust at her own pace.

✓ Spayed
✓ FVRCP vaccinated
✓ 1-year rabies vaccinated
✓ FIV/FeLV negative
✓ Microchipped

Adoption fee: $100
Tampa, Florida

🐾 It’s ALWAYS a kitten party at Charley’s Kitty Rescue Cottage!

The music? Things crashing.
The dancing? ZOOMIES.
The snacks? Someone else’s food.
The cleanup crew? Unfortunately, the Cat Nanny/Cat Daddy Team

And these little party animals NEVER know when to go home…
Please adopt some of our guests. The party has been going on for MONTHS.
