***A New Beginning***
We sure love repeat adopter stories and that’s what we have to share with you today. When Gina and Paul were ready for another Boxer, they knew exactly who to come to! We were thrilled that we could help them find the next canine addition to their family and when Milo arrived on the scene, we had a hunch he was the one. Here’s what Gina shared with us on how this adoption came to be…
“Boxers have owned me for 28 years! Last fall we lost our sweet MLBR alumni, Toby, to cancer. Our hearts were broken. We knew Mia needed a buddy, so I reached out to MLBR Founder, Holly. We wanted a pup close to Mia's age because she is only a year old and high energy! After a few weeks, Holly called and said she thought she had the "perfect" boy for our family. After speaking to Milo's previous family, we agreed to do a Foster-to-Adopt, which is like a test drive. 😁 It was love at first sight for Mia and Milo…and us!
After only a few days I called Holly and said Milo isn't going anywhere, that he's home! ❤️ He and Mia really are perfect for each other, and we couldn't have a better duo than these two! Thank you MLBR for all that you do for Boxers in need.” 🐾❤️🐾
Paul and Gina, and especially Mia, we thank you so much for welcoming Milo into your hearts and home. He’s a lucky boy to be part of a long-time Boxer family! We sure hope to get some photos and updates now and then about how Milo is doing. Have fun! Congratulations!
