💜 Thank You, Palm Coast 💜

Since opening our new hospital at 7 Kings Way, we have been overwhelmed by the incredible support, trust, and kindness shown by this community. We truly cannot thank you enough for welcoming us into your lives and allowing us to care for your beloved pets. 🐾

As our ECAH family continues to grow, we want to share an important reminder. While we are not an emergency hospital, we always strive to help pets when they need care. However, there are only so many patients we can safely see in a day while maintaining the quality of care each pet deserves.

At this time, new client appointments are typically booking 1–2 weeks in advance. If your pet is experiencing an urgent medical issue and cannot wait for an appointment, we encourage you to contact St. Augustine Regional Veterinary Emergency Center at (904) 797-5770 for immediate assistance.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work to serve our growing community. We are honored to be part of your pets' healthcare journey and look forward to caring for your families for years to come. ❤️

There’s so much that happens behind the scenes at East Coast Animal Hospital that most people never get to see.

Our team spends countless moments comforting scared pets, helping tiny patients feel safe, cleaning kennels, preparing treatments, coordinating care, and giving endless love to animals who need it most. ❤️

These moments may not always make it to the front desk or social media, but they are the heart of veterinary medicine. The emotional moments, the teamwork, the cuddles, and the compassion poured into every single patient matter more than words can say.

We are incredibly proud of our team for continuing to show up with kindness, patience, and dedication every single day. Caring for animals is never “just a job” here. It’s personal. 🐶🐱
