Just a little heads-up for Thursday, September 3! 💜🐾

Our doctors will be leaving at 5:00 PM, but East Coast Animal Hospital will remain open until 7:00 PM for medication pick-ups.

💊 Doctor availability: Until 5 PM
🛍️ Medication pick-ups: Until 7 PM

If you have medication waiting for you, you’ll still have plenty of time to swing by after 5 and grab it!

Our appointment reminder system keeps checking in until we receive your confirmation. The good news? Confirm early, and the reminder train stops early!

Confirming is super easy:

📲 First: You’ll receive a push notification through the Vet2Pet app-if you have our app, which we highly recommend :)

💬 Next: If we haven’t received a confirmation, we’ll send a text. Just reply YES.

☎️ Finally: If we still haven’t heard from you, our team will give you a quick call.

So why are we so persistent? 🐾

Our appointment schedule allows us to care for as many pets in our community as possible. When an appointment goes unconfirmed and ultimately isn’t used, that was a spot another pet may have needed.

Confirming lets us know you’re coming—and if your plans have changed, letting us know gives our team the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient who needs care. 💜

So when that first notification pops up, a quick CONFIRM helps everyone: fewer reminders for you, a more accurate schedule for us, and more opportunities to care for pets who need us.
