We are now requiring a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all prescription refills and written prescription requests.

We recommend requesting refills at least 7 days before your pet's current supply runs out to account for weekends or potential shipping delays. Our team will notify you once your prescription is approved and ready for pickup.

While we understand emergencies happen, "walk-in" requests can be difficult to fulfill during busy clinic hours. Please help us prioritize your pet's safety by calling ahead.
