Do fireworks make your furry friends nervous? More pets go missing on the Fourth of July than any other day of the year. Follow these tips to keep your pets safe:
• Go for a walk early in the day before celebrations begin.
• Make sure your pets have properly fitting collars with current ID tags.
• Soothe nervous pets by keeping them inside and playing television or music to drown out the loud noises outside. If your pet needs medications, contact us today to prepare for the holiday!

Circumstances: "Walked out of our house on May 11, 2026. Teddy is a house cat and he found an open door. We live in Oxford, Michigan (southeast Michigan/Northern Oakland County). Teddy has claws, he is friendly, probably is frightened and doesn't know his way home. Our location is rural and we are Very concerned for his safety. He doesn't wear a collar, he removes it. He Is Microchipped!"
