Ms. Moo came in for a mass removal today along with some grooming requests! Who can blame her for being worried about the shave when she has such an amazing coat. Moo was less than enthused with her new accessory but our team was excited because her talented mom (The Goodie Board) made our team a beautiful spread!

Big puppy, even bigger cuddles!

Meet Delaney, one of our adorable puppy patients! This sweet girl may already be a big pup, but that didn’t stop her from soaking up all the cuddles she could get from our veterinary assistant, Racheal.

We can’t wait to watch you grow even more… although we have a feeling you’re going to need an extra-large exam table soon!

Dressed to Impress!

We had the pleasure of welcoming adorable Alex to Brinker Veterinary Hospital —and he showed up looking extra handsome in his bow tie!

Nothing says “ready for my first visit” quite like a little formalwear. We loved meeting this sweet pup and can’t wait to see him at future visits!

Welcome to the Brinker family, handsome boy!

I feel like a kid the night before Christmas. At 8:00am tomorrow morning, will open the doors at 1338 S. Lapeer Rd to you and your pets! Located just behind , we are just 1/2 mile south of our previous location on the west side of M24. A huge thank you to the friends, family and staff that made this move possible and the clients who have always supported us. I can't wait to see what this new home brings for the future of Brinker Veterinary Hospital.

Come by and say hi. I would love to show you around!

WELCOME, ZIGGY!

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Ziggy for his very first vet visit!

Ziggy was sweet, curious, and VERY wiggly! Sitting still for a picture was definitely not on his agenda—there was just way too much to see and explore!

We may not have gotten the perfect pose, but we think his adorable personality came through anyway. And really… who needs a perfect picture when you’re this cute?

Welcome to the Brinker Veterinary Hospital family, Ziggy! We can’t wait to watch you grow!

Show us your wiggly photo fails in the comments!

LOOK WHO’S READY FOR HIS BIG DAY!

Meet Charlie, looking as calm, sweet, and handsome as ever before his neuter.

While some of us might be a little nervous before surgery, Charlie clearly had it all under control. Just relaxing, soaking up the attention, and probably wondering when the snacks were coming!

We made sure Charlie got plenty of love and TLC during his stay with us. ❤

Such a brave boy! Give Charlie some love in the comments!

🐾⚖️ Pet Obesity Awareness Day ⚖️🐾

Those extra treats may come with lots of love, but maintaining a healthy weight is an important part of keeping our pets feeling their best! 💚

Pet obesity can increase the risk of joint problems, diabetes, heart and respiratory issues, and other health concerns. Even a few extra pounds can make a big difference—especially for our smaller patients.

A few ways to help your pet maintain a healthy weight include measuring meals instead of free-feeding, keeping treats in moderation, providing regular exercise and playtime, and scheduling routine veterinary visits to monitor weight and body condition. 🐶🐱

Not sure if your pet is at an ideal weight? Ask us at your next visit! Our team at Brinker Veterinary Hospital can help determine a healthy goal and recommend a nutrition and exercise plan that fits your pet. 🩺💚
