At Ruby's Home for Good, we have the honor and joy of seeing the transformative change that happens when people and horses come together.

We also know that it is not enough for people to benefit from the amazing animals that horses are and all they have to offer.

Doing right by horses - giving them the best life possible, supporting them in overcoming the hardships they have experienced, proving to them that people are good and kind and caring - is at the heart of our work.

Not only does it better the lives of horses, but we see every day that it enhances the healing potential for our veteran and youth participants.

Not one in service of the other, but both benefitting from the other. As one of our veteran participants say - "It's not 1+1 = 2. It's 1 + 1 = 3."

Community partnerships make transformative change possible for our neighbors and loved ones.

Thank you, Tomball Regional Health Foundation, for continuing to support our work with veterans, youth, and families impacted by trauma. Together, we are making a difference ✨

Today, we presented our partner, Ruby's Home for Good, with their 2026 funding at the Southwest Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon.

TRHF supports Ruby's specialized equine therapy programs:

-Wellness with Horses serves veterans, first responders, their families, and youth who have experienced trauma through a wellness and relationship-focused approach to horsemanship.

-Healing Trauma with Horses is an equine-based mental health treatment with a specialized equine professional and licensed therapist.

Ooo-eee it's hot out there 🔥🔥🔥

Help our horses beat the heat as we head into the dog days of summer.
