Property managers told us the same thing over and over:
"Our residents wash their dogs in the bathtub. The hair goes down the drain. Maintenance gets the ticket."
It's one of those problems nobody budgets for, but everyone pays for.
So we built PetScrub, a self-serve dog wash and deshedding station for apartment communities. It sits by the pool, dog run or leasing office. There's no plumbing, since it runs on its own water tank. Plug it in and residents are washing their dogs in about 10 minutes.
This fall, we're doing something different for a few Texas communities:
→ Free installation, with no capital expense
→ The property shares in the profits starting month one
→ A split on our Walk & Scrub pickup service
The one requirement is at least 100 registered dogs in the community.
Pet amenities have shifted from a nice-to-have to a leasing decision. I'd love to hear from multifamily operators: what pet amenities are your residents actually using?
