Wild at Heart Horsemanship LLC My goal is to strengthen the foundation of horsemanship by increasing both horse and rider confidence. Licensed and insured A fearful horse simply can’t learn.

Control in the arena and in “real world” riding scenarios are thoroughly practiced. Horses have always been a very important part of my life. Growing up I competed in various events ranging from rodeo speed to western/english equitation. I began competitive training in the 2011 Murfreesboro Mustang Makeover and continued to the 2012 South Carolina Mustang Makeover. In May of 2013 I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with my Bachelors of Science: Animal Science degree. The same month I also adopted my Mustang Million mare! I pride myself on taking time with training . I have learned the majority of what I know through the lessons I have received from the horses I have trained. The best teachers are also students, constantly learning. I am always expanding my knowledge in different training methods and riding disciplines. For a horse to be safe & successful it must start with a strong Foundation. When working with horses, I concentrate on confidence, communication, softness, & respect. All of these things combined create partnership and safety. Each horse is unique and must be treated as an individual. Working with each horse, and understanding their strengths & weaknesses allows us to pinpoint the areas of confidence that need building. A horse needs to relax and better understand what’s being asked. Once trust & respect begins, communication continues, softness develops, safety and confidence is the result. Wild at Heart Horsemanship offers:
- C**t starting/Foundation training
- Confidence building( in arena and on trails)
- Private lessons
- Conditioning
- Problem Solving

Lesson families!
Please please, if your kid is sick/ trending sick, keep me in the loop. I am going back and forth to the hospital and I really can’t chance taking anything to my dad. Thank you!

Thank you everyone for the kind words and love sent my way in regard to Cletus’s trip to rainbow bridge.

There will be no lessons this weekend due to my mental health and this heat dome we are trapped under.

I’m hoping to start back with lessons on Tuesday.

Hello all.

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to say, Cletus’s time is sadly coming to an end… he is struggling more and more everyday. It’s hard to watch. With that being said, he will be having the best week of his life this week so every one feel free to bring him treats and show him all the love. Tuesday he will get to have his favorite things and go on a trial ride before he is laid to rest 😞.
