We want to give a huge shout out to Casin Roby, owner of Desert Valley Truck and Equipment Repair and the mobile diesel mechanic we trust with our vehicles and farm equipment.
This morning, while heading to our first appointment of the day, our Sprinter began making an unusual noise, lost boost, and could no longer maintain a safe freeway speed. We immediately called Casin and explained what was happening.
Without hesitation, Casin dropped everything and met us at our appointment in the East Valley. He quickly diagnosed the problem, drove to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert to pick up the necessary parts, and completed the repair, all while we performed a surgical extraction on our patient. Just as we finished the procedure, our van was repaired and ready to get us to our next appointment.
What we thought might derail our entire day ended up having absolutely no impact on our schedule. That level of service, responsiveness, and dedication is incredibly rare, and we cannot thank him enough.
