Peach State Rescue is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue in Georgia dedicated to saving the lives of dogs at risk of euthanasia from overcrowded shelters, providing them with loving fosters and finding them safe forever homes. Founded by two passionate rescuers, the organization focuses on pulling dogs from overcrowded shelters, providing them with loving foster homes, and findin
g them safe, permanent families. Peach State Rescue is built on compassion, community, and the belief that every dog deserves a second chance. Peach State Rescue is committed to saving the lives of as many at-risk animals as possible, with a focus on those facing euthanasia in overcrowded shelters. We work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals into loving, permanent homes. In addition to direct rescue efforts, we are dedicated to supporting and partnering with local shelters by providing resources, fostering assistance, and advocacy. Education is at the heart of our mission—we aim to raise public awareness about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, and the challenges faced by shelter animals. Through community outreach, collaboration, and compassion, Peach State Rescue strives to create a future where every animal is safe, valued, and given a second chance at life.
