The iris flower comes in nearly every color imaginable, and depending on which one you get, it can mean hope, wisdom, courage, or even a message of good news. We like to think our Iris symbolizes all of that!!🌷💐🌸🌼🪻
Iris was found with a collar painfully embedded in her neck and was heartworm positive, meaning she had to endure months of treatment. But you’d never know it looking at her now. She’s affectionate, playful, and has a signature full-body shimmy she breaks into anytime she sees her favorite people.
At around 4 years old, Iris is the perfect mix of low-key and adventurous. Give her a couch and she’ll happily settle in for the afternoon. Take her on a walk or light jog and she’s just as thrilled. She’s house and crate trained, though her foster trusts her enough to skip the crate, and she’s done great home alone. She’s social with people and gets along well with most other dogs.
Beautiful, resilient, and full of love 💗 Iris is the total package.
