Canine Conditioning Reminders
Hi all, sorry for this post but I've had couple of full on weeks where I have been super busy and time poor. I thought it might be time for a few refresher reminders for clients.
1. To book into class, please use the online booking system
https://www.therapetics.com.au/simpl-e-schedule
It can be a little frustrating to book from a phone, as on some phones it doesn't scroll freely, so if you are having issues please message me. Please check the website for availability rather than messaging me "are there any spots tonight?" as I have to check the same way you do.
2. If you need to cancel your spot in class, you need to use the confirmation email you are sent when you register. It has a "cancel" link in the registration. If I'm busy on the day of class, I don't have time to do this for you. Save your registration emails until after your class. If you don't get a confirmation email, it is likely you entered the incorrect email address.
3. If you need to change the day/date of your booking, you need to cancel your booking and rebook on the preferred date. I cannot change bookings my end.
4. If you cannot come to class, PLEASE cancel it ASAP online. Classes are getting busier, and if you take a spot that you cannot use, someone may miss out.
5. If you are booking and paying online, please use the correct option for payment. A single dog class is $28, some of you are booking for one dog and paying the multi dog lower price.
6. FOOD in class - I have been having to come to class super early recently, to clean up dropped food in the hall. If this continues to happen, I will have to increase class prices to cover my time.
Some dogs have food allergies -eating even a little bit of protein that doesn't agree with them can cause issues. Please be mindful of this.
Most of the dogs in class know how to use their noses very well. I am noticing an increase in distraction in class as our clever doggos sniff out bonus snacks. This means they are not participating completely in class.
We also do not want to encourage little visitors 🐀 into our training space.
I encourage you all to use treats that do not crumble, and reward your dogs one treat at a time, to minimise spills.
Most Wednesdays and Thursdays I am treating dogs before class. If you message me after 4pm regarding class that evening, I am likely to be unavailable to answer your messages.
Thankyou for continuing to support our wonderful therapetics community 🙏
