Long time no see Milky, haven’t seen you since you moved to Noosa 2 and a half years ago! I visited to an old customer Milky the Maltese and groom him at his house. In Noosa, QLD is tropical 🏝 weather which hot and humid makes fur babies too hot 🥵
His mum needs to take him to haircut often and mum thinks his groomer shaved him too short sometimes. I kept his coat reasonable length and avoid sunburn or itchy skin.
I didn’t have proper equipment but had 2 great helpers and Milky was very good boy during the haircut.
Happy to groom you again Milky, you are the most handsome doggie in Noosa🐶❣️

Welcome to Studio K-woof Benji❣️Today I have a new member of my lovely clientele; an 18 month old grey and white Shih Tsu boy.
Very friendly, loyal and playful young boy and had a good attitude for grooming. Though he didn’t like water so a bit hard to wash him, otherwise perfect 👌
See you next time Benji, hope you got lots of cuddles from your family and gave them lots of sloppy kisses 🐶

“Long time no see!” Casper the Miniature Poodle visited yesterday. He used to come regularly since he was a puppy but I haven’t see him in nearly 2 years.
His mum is looking after him really well and she regularly home grooms Casper, but the family is in overseas so he needed a wash and trim in the mean time.
Happy Birthday Casper❣️ 🎉🎊🥩 He turned 4 today, seems like he’s matured a bit but still energetic and cute. He cerebrated his 4th birthday with his host family and friends.
“Don’t worry mum, I’m a big boy now so enjoy your time, but missing you” 😘

I had the last customers of 2019 today, Milica and Kiki the Cavoodle siblings. Milica turned 12 in October. The poor girl had most of her teeth 🦷 pulled out already but the little princess loves food so she can still manage to bite and eat almost everything 😊
Kiki is 10 years old but he is a real mummy’s boy, he always follows his mum like a little baby 😁

Kota the Miniature Schnauzer had a summer cut for the extreme heat in these upcoming days and the long summer in Adelaide. He has very thick coat but the beautiful black colour only makes him more hot 🥵. Clipped all his legs and paws 🐾 to avoid dangerous and annoying grass seeds latching in.
Kota had been home staying here while his family has been away on holidays. Kota is getting close to Sam, both enjoying each other’s company.
Come again anytime, missing you already Kota 😊

ミニチュアシュナウザーのコウタ君がスッキリとサマーカットにしました。
今年の夏は何日も続く厳しい暑さが繰り返しており、毛の量が多く真っ黒な彼は本当に暑そうでした。
乾燥しているこの時期は脚や肉球に沢山の植物が絡まり易く、時に皮膚に突き刺さり危険な状態になる事もあるので丁寧に短くしていきました。
実はコウタ君　ご家族が旅行に行かれている間こちらでホームステイをしていました。サムとの距離も少しずつ縮まり賑やかな数日間を過ごし無事に帰って行きました。またおいでね〜🤗

Louie the Maltese cross came for a last minute Christmas makeover. Almost 3 months ago his vet found a lump on his chest and there was a huge tumour inside. He had an operation that immediately made him 1.5 kg thinner.
Before that happened, his mum was worried about him losing weight and not being active enough. Luckily for Louie and his mum, the vet saved his life and he’s gone back to being happy and healthy.

今日はマルチーズのルイー君がクリスマス前のグルーミング来られました。
7〜8週間おきにご来店される彼、今年の中旬頃から少し痩せてきたようで気になっていました。3カ月ほど前の定期検診時に獣医さんが胸からお腹にかけての異変に気づき、開腹手術により1.5kgもの腫瘍を取り出したそうです。
ラッキーなルイー君、術後の経過も順調ですっかり元通り活発になりました。
家族で無事に今年もクリスマスが迎えられ本当に良かったね。🎄🎅🤶

Coco the Bichon Frise had a makeover today. This lovely boy needed a summer cut to be comfortable and survived the crazy summer weather in Adelaide. His beautifully silky and curly coat needs regular brushing and maintenance so short hair is much easier in this season for him and also his mum.
Coco loves food and enjoyed treats with his doggie friends, he has great manners so very easily gets along with new friends.

ビションフリーゼのココ君がご来店されました。真っ白でとても柔らかく強いカールの毛を持つ犬種、定期的なブラッシングとお手入れで特徴的なスタイルが保たれます。しかしアデレードの夏は時に厳しい暑さが続くので、全身さっぱり短くして　涼しく過ごしやすく変身しました。
ママのお迎えを待つ間はご褒美のおやつを他のワンコと食べました。マナーを守って上手にみんなとの交流を楽しんでいました。

Ponta the Maltese cross Shih Tzu visited today. The heatwave has just started and it’s set to be over 40 degrees for next 4days, so best time to get a haircut 💇‍♂️
His mum asked to make it shorter but strong UV rays can damage the dog’s skin under the sun, so I did it as reasonably short as practical.
He doesn’t like coming to be groomed but he is trying to be more patient and is getting better each time, well done Ponta❣️😍

マルチーズとシーズのミックス犬ポン太君が本日のお客様でした。ちょうど明日から4日間は40度越えが続く予報なのでとても良いタイミングで来てくれました。
ママは”出来るだけ短くして下さい“とのご希望でしたが、強い日差しから受けるUVの影響を考慮し頃合いの長さをキープさせて頂きました。
嫌いなグルーミングも我慢して良い子にしているポン太君、その頑張りがいじらしいくて可愛いね😍👌
