What a way to wrap up our 2026 NWBC show season! 🏆

We headed into the final show of the year ready to ride, have some fun, and hopefully come home with a few good stories. We definitely accomplished all three. 😂

It wasn’t a weekend without its challenges, and there were definitely a few moments that required some grit, patience, and perseverance — but this crew kept riding, kept smiling, and finished strong.

And we came home with some pretty special accomplishments:

* Gunmetal Whiz & Olivia Cruz — Youth 18 & Under All-Around Reserve Champion
* Ziva the Diva & Allie Patton — Amateur All-Around Reserve Champion
* Ima Rich Cowboy & Crystal Barker — ABRA Amateur All-Around Reserve Champion

Apparently we had a theme going this weekend… Reserve Champion. 😂
By the time the fourth one rolled around, we figured we might as well just commit to it.

And those all-around awards only tell part of the story. We had other members of our team turn in some outstanding performances throughout the weekend, and I’m incredibly proud of what each of them accomplished in the show pen.

Our team photo is also missing a few important faces! The show ran late, and by the time we finally gathered everyone for a picture, some of our crew had already headed out. So while they may not all be pictured, they were absolutely a part of this weekend and this team. ❤️

A big thank you to NWBC for putting on such a fantastic show. The competition was great, the awards were amazing, the walking taco dinner was a hit, and the entire show was so well run from start to finish. We truly appreciate all the time, effort, and heart that went into making the weekend such a fun experience for everyone.

We were also really missing two of our team members who got sick and had to cancel at the last minute. We missed having you there with us and definitely felt your absence throughout the weekend. We’re already looking forward to having the whole crew back together and seeing what 2027 brings.

More than the awards, I’m proud of how everyone handled the tough moments, supported one another, and still managed to have a genuinely great time doing what we love.

Apparently perseverance, good horses, good people, and a healthy sense of humor make a pretty solid show strategy. ❤️🐴

Great job, team — what a fun way to finish out the NWBC circuit.

Fall is here, and it’s one of my favorite times of year to slow down, reflect on what we’ve learned, and start looking ahead. Every season teaches us something. As we wrap up 2026 and begin preparing for 2027, I want to invite you to invest in yourself as a horseman. When you step into a lesson or a clinic, you’re adding tools to your personal toolbox—skills and knowledge that stay with you no matter what horse you swing a leg over.

Our October clinics are small by design—limited to just six riders—so there’s room for individual attention, real conversation, questions, and hands-on learning.
