It’s a wrap! What an incredible week at Lazy J Ranch! 🐴🩵

We were honored to serve once again as the host site for Equine Connection - The Academy of Equine Assisted Learning Inc 3-Day Hands-On Training followed by the 2-Day Level Up Training, and what another amazing experience it was.

Our ranch was filled with learning, laughter, tears, growth, and powerful connection. Watching participants step into this work, build confidence, and experience the impact horses can have was truly something special.

A huge thank you to Equine Connections Kari Fulmekek & Carolyn Charles, and everyone who traveled to be part of this training. We are so grateful to have had you here at Lazy J Ranch and to witness the heart, passion, and purpose behind this certification.

Our herd showed up in the most beautiful way, and we could not be more proud of them. They reminded us again and again why this work matters.

Oh, how lucky and blessed we are to work alongside such incredible people, dedicated caretakers, our amazing team, and our very special animals who make it all possible. ❤️🐴

Watching the herd and team connect with the wonderful participants and caretakers of “It Takes A Herd Foundation Inc” has been nothing short of amazing.

As we work through these 4-week programs, we can’t help but reflect on the incredible joy, connection, laughter, and love shared among the participants, caretakers, horses, and team. The smiles, dancing, and special moments truly say it all.
These connections are exactly why we do what we do.

This is a hands-on, non-riding opportunity to spend time with horses, try EAL-style activities, and see how horses can help build life skills by supporting connection, confidence, communication, and personal growth.
