Operation Pawsitive Impact in Bloomington brought together local animal rescues to help dogs find their forever homes, with one dog being adopted during the event.

VFW 454 Operation Pawsitive Impact

Huge thanks to the VFW 454 for hosting Operation Pawsitive Impact today! There were pups from Wish Bone, Deeby's Senior Chihuahua Rescue, and Pet Pack Rescue Initiative. As well as nail trims from Lisa's Groom Room (and her gorgeous Bernese!), tasty food from Healthy in a Hurry, and delicious ice cream from Olde Tyme Ice Cream !

It may have rained for a bit, but Calm the Chaos K9 welcomed us all inside to keep the party going until the rain let up. The dogs got to check out their agility equipment and enjoy tasty cookies from Maple Street Barkery, while the humans enjoyed Donny B's Popcorn.

And to make the day even sweeter...we had 3 adoptions!!
