Bailey is the sweetest little mare! I love working on her almost as much as she loves her rubs during her acupuncture. While her needles sat she was experiencing some huuuuuge releases which was wonderful to see 🙂☯️

Treats make the acupuncture session go smoother 🥰

I try to make every acupuncture session as easy as possible for every patient! This sweet girl is very sensitive but with her favorite stuffy and salmon bites the sessions are easy ☮️☯️

I just love my acupuncture patients and clients! Nothing is more rewarding than helping animals feel their best by listening to and taking care of their bodies 💛 this is the part of vet medicine I've been searching for since I became a DVM 7 years ago. Thank you all for being open to integrative medicine and for being a part of this journey! I wouldn't be here without you!!!

I have such a soft spot for old dogs 🫠 Have you ever met a cuter pupperoo?

Schatzi is a 17 year old long haired dachshund. I have been seeing her for acupuncture to treat her heart disease, arthritis, cough, and dental disease. I see her regularly every 2 weeks. She is a fiesty girl, still trotting around, eating well, and sleeping soundly. Schatzi loves treats and I feed her chicken hearts every time I place a needle. She loves her sessions! 💖

A very busy but very rewarding couple of days!!! Loving the results I'm seeing with electroacupuncture on these hardwork...

A very busy but very rewarding couple of days!!! Loving the results I'm seeing with electroacupuncture on these hardworking horses!

Electroacupuncture heals injury by activating nerves that reduce inflammation and stimulate release of the body's own pain-relieving neurotransmitters. It also improves blood flow and neuromuscular function, helping tissues repair after injury.

I avoid electroacupuncture on the first visit to assess the horse's response to needles - but if they tolerate them I highly recommend adding on EA (+$40) to their future visits to make the treatment as effective as possible! Ask me about electroacupuncture at your horses next visit or send me a message to learn more!
