We wanted to update everyone on Riley and Rain, the two remaining girls from our dearest late friend, Gerald Robinson. We’ve been fostering them since the end of July, following his passing. These girls hold a special place in our hearts, and we’re committed to giving them the care, love, and bright futures they deserve.
🐾 RAIN’S UPDATE 🐾
Rain was spayed two weeks ago and has healed beautifully! She is officially ready for her forever home, and we look forward to finding the perfect family for her.
🐾 RILEY’S UPDATE 🐾
Riley had surgery today to address a few things. She was spayed, had a growing cyst removed, and had surgery to repair her Entropion. Although the cyst didn’t appear suspicious, it was sent out for a biopsy as a precaution. We’re happy to report her surgery went very well with no complications! Now she can focus on recovering and feeling her best.
🙏🏻 A SPECIAL THANK YOU 🙏🏻
We cannot thank our good friend Jane Dudics (janemclaughlin_) enough for calling in a favor from a veterinary friend to help these girls. Ben truly went above and beyond for Riley and Rain. We’re incredibly grateful for his kindness, compassion, and care. The world needs more people like him!
Jane and Ben, thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for making sure Gerald’s girls received the care they deserve. Your kindness means more than you know! ❤️
We’re also grateful to everyone who has checked in, offered support, and kept these girls in their thoughts. Saying goodbye to a dear friend is never easy, but helping his girls find loving homes means so much to us.
📸 PLEASE STAY TUNED! 📸
The pictures shared are not recent, but we’ll be posting updated photos and a little bio on each girl soon to help them find their perfect forever homes. We want each of them to find the right fit and a family who will love them as they deserve.
Rain is ready for her forever home, and Riley is on the road to recovery!
Please continue to keep them in your thoughts as we work to give them the happy endings they deserve in honor of our dear friend.
Rest easy, Gerald. We’ve got your girls. ❤️🌈🐾
