Balancing herd work with ET work is hard, but it keeps us grounded. We see the dreams and the visions become reality from the top down. We see the females that go into commercial herds and how they perform. We see the bulls at work and the calves they are producing. We see their feet at BSE checks twice a year. We stay updated in current health protocols and know what issues local producers are facing. We feel the stress of the markets with them but also celebrate the big wins. Im proud to know our local market, producers, and buyers! These steers are staying nearby for now at least!
