🐾💕 FOSTER OR FUREVER HOMES NEEDED – SISTERS LAYLA & DELILAH 💕🐾

These beautiful 5-month-old (roughly) lab mix sisters are looking for loving foster or furever homes.

🏡 These sisters DO NOT have to be adopted together — but they are both equally deserving of loving homes.

After being found abandoned and living under a shed, these girls have come a long way and are ready for a fresh start.

🖤 Layla steals hearts with her stunning one blue eye and sweet personality.
🤎 Delilah is playful, loving, and full of life with the sweetest puppy energy.

They are currently receiving vaccines and doing great — now all they need is someone willing to give them a chance.

What a day for Furever Friends Rescue. 🤍
From a tiny chihuahua to a Great Dane puppy (now named Gazelle!), so many lives were changed today because of this incredible village.

Thank you to every transporter, volunteer, foster, adopter, donor, and family who opened up their homes and hearts to these babies. Rescue truly takes a team, and days like today remind us why we do it.

Watching scared dogs decompress, eat treats for the first time, ride safely to freedom, and finally get the love they deserve never gets old.

We are so grateful to be part of helping save these animals and giving them the futures they deserve. Thank you all for continuing to show up for them every single day. 🩷

Meet these two sweet puppies 🐾
These 8-week-old pups (one male, one female) are looking for a foster or forever home. They’ve already been vetted and are ready for their next step.

They’re believed to be Heeler mixes, with the cutest little markings and playful, curious personalities. At this age, they’re still learning everything about the world and will grow into loyal, loving companions.

They are currently in Childress, TX but can be transported anywhere for the right foster or forever home.

They just need someone to give them a chance.

Lily and her newborn puppies urgently need help. 💔

Lily was picked up pregnant and, despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a foster or adopter before she gave birth. She ended up having her puppies in the shelter just a few days ago. While the shelter staff has been kind and caring, the reality is that mom dogs with newborn litters are extremely vulnerable in overcrowded shelters and currently at risk of euthanasia simply because there are not enough resources or space.

We are trying to raise funds to transport Lily and her babies to a safe rescue placement where they can finally decompress and have a real chance at life.

We are covering all costs for Lily and her puppies, including puppy vaccinations, medical care, food, supplies, vetting for mom, and eventually spay/neuter expenses. Caring for a newborn litter is expensive, and every donation truly helps keep this family safe while we work to find fosters and forever homes.

Lily appears to be some kind of Lab/Shepherd mix, around 45–50 pounds, and she has been incredibly sweet despite everything she’s been through. Her puppies are only a few days old and deserve the chance to grow up somewhere safe and loved.

If you are able to donate toward their care or transport, foster, adopt, or even just share this post, it would mean the world to us. We are also accepting applications for pre-adoption on the puppies once they are old enough.

URGENT FOSTERS NEEDED - MEMPHIS TX AREA
These three sweet girls urgently need fosters. They are currently located in Memphis, TX and need placement by the middle of next week or they are at risk of being euthanized!

They are all very scared and unsure right now, but they do well with each other and around other dogs. One is especially docile and another still seems very puppy-like and loves treats. They just need time, patience, and a safe place to decompress.

Transport can be arranged ANYWHERE for the right foster, but if anyone local to the Memphis area is able to step up and help pick them up, that would be incredibly helpful as well.

Fostering saves lives. We will support you every step of the way and cover approved medical care.

From discarded trash to treasured family member. 🤍

Dixie had never even been inside a home before. Now, just days later, her new family says she is one of the most affectionate dogs they’ve ever met.

Her dad told us:
“I slept on the couch with her last night and she stayed so tightly pressed against me. She loves human interaction and touch. Big hugger.”

He also noticed something heartbreaking. Dixie doesn’t really eat from a bowl. She pulls the food onto the ground first before eating it, like that’s all she’s ever known. But those days are over now.

“She’ll never again have to experience that.”

She’s already learning to play fetch, getting spoiled with cuddles, and figuring out what it means to finally be safe and loved. Stories like Dixie’s are why rescue matters.

Thank you to everyone who shares, fosters, adopts, donates, and believes in these dogs when the world has failed them before. Happy endings like this are only possible because of you. 🩷

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED - EUTHANASIA RISK 🚨

This sweet mama is still sitting in the shelter in Childress, scared and pregnant, with time running out.

We now have a transport coming to the Austin area TOMORROW for another puppy from the same shelter, and we are desperately hoping to find a foster in Austin or the surrounding areas so she can safely make the trip too.

She is dog friendly, gentle, and deserves so much better than giving birth in a shelter kennel.

Furever Friends and Rescue will cover ALL medical and fostering costs. We have a trusted vet in the area, and our rescue will be there every step of the way through her pregnancy, delivery, and puppy placement. You will not be doing this alone.

All she needs is a safe place to land.

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED - EUTHANASIA RISK🚨
This sweet girl was just brought into the shelter in Childress… and she’s pregnant.
She’s sitting in a kennel right now, scared and confused, and getting close to giving birth with nowhere safe to go. She is gentle, sweet, and deserves so much better than this.

We need a foster ASAP so she has a safe, quiet place to have her puppies.

She is currently in Childress, TX but can be transported anywhere for the right foster.
Our rescue will be there every step of the way — we will support her through her pregnancy, help care for the puppies, work to find them great homes, and make sure she is spayed once she is ready.

All she needs is someone to step up and give her a safe place.
