🥒 A behind-the-farmstand look at our English cucumbers!

Our cucumber plants grow up on strings, reaching their way toward the light. Each plant gives us 1–2 beautiful cucumbers every other day, creating a wonderful abundance for quick snacks, fresh salads, and easy lunch packing.

Around here, our kids will grab one and eat it—starting at the top and working their way down like a banana. 😂🥒

Here’s a little part of our garlic story. 🧄

When we talk about our love for garlic, it’s not just about the flavor it brings to the table—it’s the whole process. Growing it, harvesting it, and now carefully cleaning, inspecting, and sorting through the crop.

We’re setting aside the best bulbs from each variety to become next year’s seed, while stocking the rest in our farmstand.

There’s a lot of work behind every bulb, and we love being part of the whole process. ❤️

“When wheelbarrows of fresh broccoli roll into the farmstand… 🥦” My first thought?

“Dinner just got easy.”

Our favorite way to make broccoli:
✨ Olive oil
✨ Fresh garlic powder
✨ Salt
✨ Roast until the edges are golden.

That’s it.

If you think you don’t like broccoli… you might just have never tasted broccoli picked fresh from the field. Fresh harvest has a sweetness and flavor that doesn’t compare to vegetables that have spent days in transit and sitting in a grocery store cooler.

Simple food.
Fresh from the farm.
