Introducing our two newest dog intakes from Cecil County Animal Services.

Princess Peanut is an about 5-6 year old female bulldog who was found as a stray with horrible skin and pneumonia. She was likely used as a breeding dog and lived a life of neglect before now. She was hospitalized for a few weeks on multiple medications, but thankfully she is now home with her foster getting lots of TLC.

Zorua is a 4 year old German Shepherd who came in extremely thin and malnourished. She has the stature of a 6 month old dog at only 43 lbs. Her feet are all splayed out due to her poor nutrition but we are hopefully to get her fattened up here with her foster home! We will also be working on socializing her to new experiences since it appears she spent a lot of time crated and indoors.

Both of these beautiful girls are extremely sweet and good with other animals. They are both learning more about living the life of luxury and healing. We are so happy to have them and will be posting more updates on them! Neither are ready for their new homes just yet, but if you are interested in either of them, please send us an email!

Abigail and Tagalong are on a road trip with their foster mom this week! Where ever she goes, they get to go too! They are enjoying the trip and the new friends they are making along the way!
