As our Lead Receptionist & Office Manager, Victoria is one of the familiar faces helping keep our front office running smoothly while making sure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. We thought it was time for you to get to know her a little better! ❤️

“I wanted a change of pace and routine in my career, and I love the puppy dogs!” 🐶😂❤️
✨ What is the absolute best part of your job?
“Growing relationships with pet parents and giving them reassurance when they need it most.” 💙🐾
🚨 What are the best cases in your opinion?
“I really enjoy being there for clients during emergency situations. As receptionists, we’re often the first point of contact, so being able to remain calm, listen, and help guide a worried pet parent through a stressful situation is incredibly rewarding.
Sometimes that support starts before they even walk through our doors. Being able to reassure them, gather the information our medical team needs, and help them feel like their pet is in good hands from that very first phone call is one of the most meaningful parts of my job.” 🐾💙
