Today was a bittersweet day at Baytown Animal Hospital as we said “see you later” to someone who has been such a special part of our family since 2021.

For the past five years, Dr. Schumacher has cared for countless patients and their families with the kind of compassion, patience, and genuine love that made her so special to us, and to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She didn’t just care for our patients; she cared about the people behind them, too.

It’s hard to put into words how much we will miss her. Our hospital will feel a little different without her, and there will certainly be an empty space in our BAH family. We will always cherish the memories, laughter, lessons, and countless moments we shared with her over the years.

While our hearts are heavy seeing her go, we are incredibly proud of Dr. Schumacher and excited to watch her begin this new chapter. We know she will continue to make a difference wherever life takes her, just as she has here at BAH.

To all of Dr. Schumacher’s wonderful clients and patients: thank you for allowing her to be a part of your family’s journey. She has loved caring for each and every one of you, and we know she will carry those memories with her.

Dr. Schumacher, thank you for five wonderful years. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your compassion, and for simply being you. We love you, we’ll miss you more than you know, and we wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter.

This isn’t goodbye… it’s just see you later.

Congratulations, Dalecia!

We’re saying “see you later” to a very special part of our Baytown Animal Hospital family, Dalecia, as she begins an exciting new chapter and heads off to college! 🥹

We have loved watching you grow, learn, and become the amazing young woman you are today. We are so grateful that you chose to spend a part of your journey with us, and we will always cherish the many wonderful memories we’ve made together.

While we’ll miss seeing you around the hospital, we couldn’t be more proud or excited to watch you chase your dreams. We know you’re going to do incredible things!
