But today, everything has changed. Her time is now running out, and because we’ve failed to raise the money needed to rescue her, today could be her final day. 💔

This isn’t fair to her. She deserves the chance to leave that shelter alive, to feel safe, loved, and cared for. She shouldn’t lose her life simply because we couldn’t raise the rescue fee in time.

Kamya didn’t always look this tired.

There was a time when she could run freely, chasing the wind, wagging her tail without pain. But life hasn’t been kind to her. Now, as a senior dog, every step she takes is slow, careful… and sometimes, too painful to even try.

Her name is Kamya.
And all she dreams of is one kind person.

Kamya is currently suffering from Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD), a condition that has slowly taken away her ability to walk properly. Her back legs are weak, and without help, she may soon lose mobility completely. The vets have told us that she urgently needs corrective surgery and a dog wheelchair to give her a second chance at life.

But here’s the heartbreaking part…

Kamya still looks at people with hope.
She still believes someone will come for her.
She still wags her tail, even when it hurts.

We cannot let that hope fade.

The total cost for her surgery, treatment, and wheelchair is $2,500. Every single dollar you donate brings her closer to walking again… to living without pain… to feeling like a dog again.

We took Nico for one last ride around town today. He rested his head against the window and quietly watched the world pass by, as if trying to memorize every tree, every street, and every face. He has no idea that tomorrow he is scheduled to be euthanized. He doesn’t know this may be the last sunset he will ever see. All he knows is that he is with people he trusts, and his gentle eyes still hold onto the hope that someone, somewhere, is coming for him. 💔🐾

We fought for Nico with everything we had. We shared his story, begged for help, and prayed that someone would give him a chance. But despite all our efforts, we were unable to raise the $300 needed to clear his adoption fees and move him to safety. Nico is not being punished because he did something wrong. He is not sick. He is not aggressive. He has simply run out of time in an overcrowded shelter, and now his life hangs by a thread.

Tonight, Nico will curl up and fall asleep believing tomorrow will be just another day. He will still wag his tail when he hears footsteps. He will still look at every person with hope in his heart, wondering if this is finally the family he has been waiting for. He has no way of knowing that tomorrow could be his last morning unless someone steps in to save him.
