Super proud of this gorgeous beautiful boy 🐾🤩🫶 (8mth Romanian Greyhound from Southern Sighthound rescue). He has been with his hooman family for 6 weeks and has started to come out of his shell!

Typical of ‘rommies’ he was suspicious and very barky of me entering his home in the beginning but this week he came up to me looking for loving 😜💗!! He was able to take himself off and settle on his various mats/beds/safe spaces. We introduced him to the ‘flirt pole’ and his guardians learnt to notice when he was starting to become too aroused and what then to do to help him to regulate after.

There are exciting 🥳 and at times a challenging journey ahead as he widens his environment beyond the home. His guardians are throwing themselves into his training and supporting him 🤩😁 so there is no doubt he will thrive 🐾❤️xx

My amazing friend Emma & Benny the ‘Benster’ ⛰️⛰️🐕💪🤩… completed Scarfell Pike (in appalling weather & swollen ankle) AND then two days later Ben Nevis (with super high winds & an achy ankle ❤️‍🩹) yesterday!

Both were tricky conditions just to be doing it on your own … but Emma had to keep her little ‘jackchi’ super safe too! Carrying him for parts of the hike up rocky steep inclines!! It felt like my little ‘rehomed’ Daisy who passed away 9mths ago was on the journey with them too … as Benny was carried in her sling when the journey got a bit much and he needed a break 🐾🫶🤩.

My lovely friend Emma and her dog Benny 🐾💗🫶 Will be taking on the challenge of hiking up Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis ⛰️🐕⛰️ this weekend! All in aid of a rescue charity in Reading (FMNRR).

Having a ‘kiss n cuddle’ from this gorgeous boy 🐾🫶🤩 (13mth LabX) and his older little brother 💗🐾🤩!

The younger one has been on his puppy journey learning to walk LLW, explore the outside world, being with other dogs, recall and home manners. Whilst the older one has been learning to make space for this new 😜🤣 ‘upstart’! They are starting to play nicely, taking turns and giving space when needed. The younger one is just starting adolescence so there will be moments when he doesn’t get it right … but that all in part of process of of learning 😜🤣😘. Super proud of these two and their amazing guardians 🙏🏼🤩🤩😘xx

What an awesome boy 🐾💗 (18mth LabX from DBARC Rescue) is!!

He has been working on his excitement 🙄🤣 when people come into the home, LLW and getting into the car.

Super proud how hard his ‘family’ have been working they have completely fallen in love with this boy 🐾😘. His journey has begun…. Xx

What a beautiful and clever boy 🐾🥰 this 13mth CollieX rescue is 🤩! (from DBARC Rescue)

He has been struggling with overwhelm when people come into the home and what to do with his extra energy and brain power 😜. This week we also began his journey to be more aware of a human being at the other end of the lead 🫣🤣🤣. Boy did he smash 💥 the session this week as did his older human ‘brother’.

Super proud of the patience and commitment of his guardians 🙏🏼🤩 to his training. He is doing brilliantly ❤️🥳xx

This little girl 🐾💕(9mth Cocker) has come on leaps and bounds 🤩. She was super shy and nervous about the world outside her home.

Her amazing ⭐️😘 hoomans asked for help building her confidence to venture beyond the front door and go for a walk 🐾❤️‍🩹. We started looking at ‘consent’ & body language…giving her the choice to say ‘I’m not sure’ and not pressuring her. Then we worked on the ‘handling’ of harnesses/leads etc and the front door. We interspersed this with ‘curiosity’ games just on the other side of the door. We included her human brothers which she loved 🥰. Along with modelling from a known dog she has slowly started to get braver around noises, cars and buses. Her journey continues as her world slowly opens up. Super proud of this gorgeous girl 🐾🤩🫶

Super proud of this adolescent rescue 🐾❤️‍🩹🤩 boy (from FMNRR Rescue) and his hoomans (foster-adopt)!

The time, love and consistency has enabled him to begin the process of walking in busier streets and going to visit his favourite barista 😜🤣.

It was tough in the beginning as he had been kennelled for a long time ❤️‍🩹 before he found is forever home. So was overwhelmed and super excited by the world out there. He pulled like a freight train and visiting was a parkour event 🫣😬🤣🤣🤣. But his guardians have been showing him ‘set-ups’ so that he can be a bit more gentle with his enthusiasm! Just super super proud of the journey these three are on 🙏🏼🐾🤩🤩🤩😘!!

This little one stole my heart 🐾💓 (9mth MaltiPoo) … on my last visit with her at the park she blew me away with how full of confidence she was 🤩!!

When I first saw her she was shy … and barky around other dogs outside. We worked on her amazing hoomans leash handling, slowing the walk down, letting her sniff loads … it’s not the length of the walk but the quality 😁🌺.

What a beautiful soul this rescue (from FMNRR Rescue) Dalmatian 🐾💕 boy is!! His hoomans (Foster-Adopt) have really thrown themselves into training.

What I love about FMNRR is that they invest in the foster phase, so that the rescue dog has a greater chance of staying adopted 🙏🏼⭐️🫶!!

He pulled like a freight-train … a strong boy!! We worked on his connection with his new prospective family, counter surfing at the dinner table as he is so tall 🫣😜🤣🤣, loose leash walking and other dogs.

There is still a way to go … but with the commitment 🤩🫶💪of his family who absolutely adore him 💕 he is bound to flourish 😘.
