Gorgeous walk at Llys-y-frΓ’n Reservoir today!

Almost 7 miles around, some challenging (but short) inclines, but beautiful and amazingly quiet!

Some truly stunning views too.

Got round just in time for a coffee as the cafe closed! All thanks to Kenna's pace-setting πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚.

Pups will be sleeping well for the evening!

More important than the walk itself: co-regulation and role modelling.

At the end of today's walk with Eddie, and each walk, we spend time back in the safety of the car to down regulate and find a place of safety together.

Helping Eddie know that no matter what happens, we'll come back to safety and relationship

If you’re looking for someone who can understand your dog no matter how β€˜hard’ they feel sometimes. Who can stay with them in the tough moments, and show them that people and the world can be trusted and to feel safe enough to slow down mentally and physically, then I’m the person for you.

This way of working isn’t done in hourly sessions for me, it’s a way of life, a way of being that filters into every interaction I have in my home, with my dogs, with my clients.

I currently have spaces for 30, 45 or 60 min sessions:
Tuesday and Thursday late lunch/early afternoon
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday early morning.
