We started rugging the TB’s and older horses at night now the temperature is dropping, we are also lucky to have a couple of areas we fence off for the older lightweight horses that need a bit of extra of loose hay 😊

Hally with his old mate Glen 🩵 Hally lost 80kg from Dec - June but weighed him today on the weigh tape and he has put it all back on 💪 🙏💫 his foot still looks a little funky as he’s now lost all the toe wall from the injury but he’s still healing ❤️‍🩹 another 6 months and his hoof will
Back to normal, it’s amazing what the body can when you just give it time to heal ❤️‍🩹 next year I have a feeling I will be back on board 💫🤞🩵

From cheeky little ponies to busy days in the barn hiding from the flys, we had a couple of new arrivals in the last few months, all
Settling into track life well, one of newbies it transitioning from shoes to barefoot, Felix has removed the compaction and overgrown bar but the hoof wall is very thin so she is in boots until the wall grows and the foot can function correctly.

We also have 2 lovely ponies here on holiday livery for a few weeks, they are in the quarantine area as we do not like to upset the herd by introducing ponies if they are only going to be temporary.

And one of our long standing horses here is going to be leaving next month to go on sale’s livery, we really hope he can find a lovely home soon 🏠 🩵
