Ruby has returned to the Den for her longest vacation yet and is the perfect fit with my Georgie and other guest girl Elly May. 🥰

This adorable little muffin loves her squeaky toys, and I get to comb her hair and put it in a top knot with the cutest colourful baby hair ties and barrettes. 😍🐾

A dog gets their walk.
A senior has one less thing to worry about.
A ride to the vet or groomer is possible.
A safe place is there during an emergency.
And most importantly, a senior and their beloved dog can stay together.

Sometimes volunteering looks like a walk around the block, a short drive, or simply being there when someone needs a helping hand.

Small acts can make a very big difference — for both ends of the leash. ❤️

Elly May is back in the Den for a few sleeps. This sweet little lady is nearly 13 years young and unfortunately losing her vision, quite common for being part Yorkie. Doesn't slow her down a bit though, and she will give those lizards a good chase. She will also never forget where she saw her last lizard, found a ball or spotted a cat. 🦎🥰🐾
