If you haven’t tried shish*tos yet, you probably should.

They’re the perfect addition to your bbq nights. About 1 out of every 10-20 have a mild spice. You can add them to your stir frys, throw them on your pizzas or blister them on their own.

Started on Feb, babied through May. Planted into the fields and harvested all summer long. We’ll have these available until the first frost. Snag some tomorrow.

Hi 👋 Some of you have been here since the beginning. When it was just the two of us, 12 csa members and a little Wednesday market table.

Our farm, our family and our market tables have all grown. Lots has changed but our dedicated and drive to take care of the soil has remained at the forefront of what we do.

We want to continue sharing about how we grow, why we do it and a behind the scenes of what’s going on.

Our hearts go out to all the people who have lost so much these past few weeks ❤️ We didn’t start farming because we thought it was going to be easy. These last few days and weeks have felt extra difficult. We don’t do social media to show you all the great times, we want to show you what’s real, right now this is what’s real.

Every Friday morning we send our CSA boxes out and into the community. What a fabulous way to feed people!
Eggs from KELOWNA URBAN FARM and bread from SPROUT are always available as add ons.
Meat from Carnist makes its way into lots of tummy’s and homes.
While Lenny’s dad does CSA deliveries he also delivers to Wildling | Okanagan Valley, BC | Local W**e Bar & Restaurant and SPROUT for their restaurant deliveries. We’re so lucky to have our families involvement on our farm.

Have you ever had pests in your radishes or turnips? Insect netting is a simple to grow crops without the use of pesticides. You can overhead water straight through this stuff while keeping the bugs out! Dubois Agrinovation is where we get ours.
