Just a reminder that Firefly Farm will NOT be at Kelowna Farmers' Market this weekend. We have finished selling at the market for this year and are now busy cleaning up the farm.

The Kelowna Farmers' Market is still bursting with so much local goodness and will be in it's outdoor location until October 31st. After that it will move indoors to the Parkinson Rec Centre for the winter months.

We'll see you in the spring. 😊 😊

It's a beautiful day to get some much needed repairs done on the farm. People always ask us what we do once we're finished selling at the market. We get the farm ready for winter and try to get as many postponed jobs done as we can before the bad weather arrives.

Even though the wind tried to blow us away today we managed to hold on and make it through our last day at the farmers market for this year. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful market in our community. The Kelowna Farmers' Market is the best!
We are extremely thankful for all our wonderful customers. We love seeing you each week and will miss your smiles. Thank you for supporting us and supporting local farmers, producers and creators.
We hope to see you all again next year. 😊 😊

We are thankful for this small plot of land that helps sustain us with such abundance. For those that came before us and laid a foundation for us to build our lives upon. For the good people in our lives that stand with us through the good and the difficult times. For the place in which we live that offers us freedom, safety, choices and opportunities.
And we are thankful to all those who come out each week and support us and the many producers, makers and creators at our local market.
We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. 😊 😊

Persian cucumbers and long English cucumbers are the sweet crisp taste of summer...but not for long. With the cooler fall weather now here the delicious local flavors of summer won't be around too much longer. Thankfully you'll still be able to find some at the market for the next couple of weeks.
